Installing an operating rhythm that finally stuck
- 6/6 — Departments on OKRs
- 95% — Review cadence adherence
- +2x — Initiatives delivered on time
Context
A listed manufacturing company had strategy documents that everyone respected and no one executed. Annual plans drifted, reviews happened when calendars allowed, and accountability for outcomes was diffuse.
RenB's S Series was engaged to close the gap between planning and doing.
Problem
Goals existed at the company level only; departments had no translated targets. Review meetings reviewed the past without deciding anything about the future. Mid-managers had inherited responsibility without decision rights.
Approach
RenB facilitated a goal-setting process that ended in a one-page annual roadmap, cascaded into department-level OKRs. Then came the harder part: a fixed quarterly review cadence with pre-read metrics, decisions logged in the room, and follow-through tracked between sessions. RenB chaired the first three cycles, then handed over the pen.
Outcome
The cadence survived the engagement — the truest test of a process intervention. Plans moved, owners moved with them, and the leadership team now runs the rhythm without facilitation.
“Our experience working with RenB Solutions has been transformative for our company. Their hands-on approach ensured that most processes were executed seamlessly, leading to remarkable results.”
