All Applications Received will get to the SICA Database for the First Review & Vetting, The Shortlist is done based on Set Criteria’s, Once Shortlisted the result of the final applicant will be posted on this very same page. The Shortlisted candidate will be further intimated thru his/her personal email id provided in the Application Form.

RenB and GSIB have combined to penetrate the growing world of startups. In order to foster growth of startups and give them an intensive as well as comprehensive incubation model, the SICA initiative is now accepting applications for startups. Armed with an entire SUITE of business building blocks, RenB and GSIB are looking forward to engage in new endeavors.

The GSIB-RenB Startup Incubator is not just a ’Think Tank’. We do not just believe in creating a space for startups to sit and connect. We aim for higher productivity and ensured success rates by enabling Micro Detailing of the entire gamut of a Business Building Process.
The GSIB-RenB Incubator is key in furnishing potential startups with comprehensive numbers of competencies like Finance/HRD/Legal and Technology from our partner companies that are some of best in their respective domains in the country. This not only creates a propelling effect on the startups in question, but also helps harness their specific strengths.
But this is still not sufficient for Startups to build a business; it takes a lot more. That’s where the GSIB-RenB Knowledge Ware Practice Comes into Play. The GSIB-RenB Team Starts supporting the Startups from day one by creating an Ideation workshop to Convert the Idea to a Viable Business Model. GSIB-RenB continues its Mentoring Workshops ranging from the Business Model, Revenue Model to HRD Model. Further it takes on the mantle on behalf of the Startup in its Planning Processes by helping create a Business plan with Milestones & Timelines for implementation.

Striving for perfection, we still are not quite finished with the startups in question yet. The startups are further mentored and coached to fill in all the competency gaps faced by the Startup Founder and the co-founders. The GSIB-RenB team Undertakes the Training for preparation of the Startup Team for the showcase of its Idea, Business Model & Financials to the Investors on Demo Day or as we call it in GSIB-RenB “the day they go to the Dragons Den”
The DAY the StartUps Come on their own after they are funding, GSIB-RenB then undertakes the process of Handholding them for Implementation of their Business Plan or Scale up as applicable.

Terms & Conditions
- The Last date for application receipt is midnight of 24th April, 2016
- The Applications shortlist and selection is based on set Criteria’s of the GSIB – GSIB-RenB STARTUP Incubator Management and their decision is FINAL and BINDING
- The Incubator Management Team will not entertain any Appeal for re-look of the Application
- The Final Selection by the Idea and Innovation Committee is Binding.
- Maximum Detailing will get a better opportunity for selection.
- All Applications will be Acknowledged within 24 hours of Receipt of the Application.
